How does Project Dictator come up with its forecast?
Project Dictator will forecast the hours to complete and hours at completion for each individual element of the project. It does so by extending the job to date productivity rates of those elements. It will then add those individual forecasts to determine totals for each break level and the entire job. Since the forecast is based on job to date results it may change slightly after each weekly update. If you use the job control to review for problem areas and then take action to improve those areas you will see the result of those actions in the next weeks forecast.
