How does Progenitor Corporation fit into IRC?
Progenitor Corporation [PRCP] is the Empire-based recruiting and training arm of AWE Corporation, the executor corp for IRC. We take in pilots of all SP levels. New pilots are given the chance to learn basic fleet operations, train needed skills, gain experience in PvP through roaming gangs and other corp-sponsored operations, and save the start-up capital needed before moving down to our home in 0.0 space. Experienced pilots also make a brief stay in PRCP; this gives us the chance to evaluate their suitability for life in IRC, and also lets them check us out to make sure we are a good match for the pilot’s interests. By doing this before the pilots move all of their assets to 0.0 space, it saves logistical headaches should it turn out we are not a good match for one another.
