How does Polydiam Industries provide back up and support after I have purchased equipment?
WE do not charge for technical support and so, you are free to call us during working hours which is from approx. 9:00 to 18:00 Monday through to Friday or e-mail us with any issues or problem. When e-mailing, you need to provide your name, address and phone number as we my need to call or contact you. You will also need to provide the machine model and serial number. You are free to come to our offices with an appointment for advice and training. All our equipment has a one year back to base warranty. Warranty excludes lamps, heaters, normal wear and tear, damage due to accidents or tampering etc.
