How does PLUSFAX™ save photocopying and scanning costs.?
Many organizations make copies of all outgoing documents. By specifying a your own email address for a blind copy (bcc) of all outgoing PLUSFAX™es your inbox will receive an image file of every outgoing document. You can then store it in an appropriate location on your hard drive. You can even arrange for a copy of the outgoing document to be stored in a specific folder in a document imaging system.
