How does PHM system handle the outlier problems?
FAKS system has built-in SPC limits calculation. It is also called Process Capability Study which will generate statistical sound control, spec and valid limits. PHM system uses valid limits to distinguish between failed data points and invalid data points. PHM system also calculates % of invalid and % of fail attributes to facilitate the root causes identification process.
