How does Petopia get access to my home?
We will need two copies of all keys required to access your home and pet(s), which should be given to us during the initial consultation. In order to provide and accommodate last-minute needs, as well as to avoid key pick-up and return charges, we recommend that you allow Petopia to keep your keys on file at no extra charge. Keys are stored in a locked key box, with coded labels to ensure your security and safety. In other words, your name and address is not physically attached to the keys. Only a limited number of individuals will have access to the locked key box. Please be reminded that Petopia is fully insured and bonded. If you wish to have your keys picked up or dropped off there is a $10 fee for each service. You are always welcome to bring your keys to our daycare facility and pick them up after the end of your service.
