We require a $1000 deposit on Ranch, Dutch Barn, and Classic Barn model. The rest is due upon completion. For garages we require a 50% deposit and the rest due upon completion.

Reservations are absolutely free. When one of our representatives calls you to confirm your order, we require a credit card so that we can authorize it for the estimated order amount. We will *NOT* charge your card until the job is completed. If you are paying with your PayPal® account, we will still need a credit card to authorize, however your final amount will be billed to your PayPal® account.

Although a deposit is not required in most cases, you may choose to place one because it is a custom order. Payment is due upon completion and is commonly given to our installers. You may elect to apply for a homeowners loan thru many of our banks. We do not accept credit card payments.
