How does Pay-Per-Lead work on Rent.com?
With our Pay-Per-Lead platform for properties with 1-49 units, there’s no fee to list your property. You pay for the first phone call or email (the “lead”) from each renter who contacts you through Rent.com. You set your “lead cap” to the maximum number of new leads you want to receive, and you can adjust your lead cap anytime-so you control how much you spend. You’ll be able to access and respond to your new leads quickly and easily online using our Lead Responder tool. We’ll also send monthly statements showing the leads you’ve received.
