As a member of the Opinion Panel, you will have an active role in influencing the direction of future products and services. For every survey you complete, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of three, $100 Wegmans gift cards. Odds of winning will depend on the number of surveys that are completed. Each household may only win once per year.
