How does our missional community find advocates for the 4 elements?

As Neil Cole says, we want to lower the bar on what it means to DO church, and raise the bar on what it means to be a disciple. For too long the Western church has communicated that a good disciple pays, prays and gets out of the way. In America, we’ve done a great job of raising the bar on church event performance. We have not been effective at raising the bar of discipleship. Entry points for responsibility will be low, but we will ask people to have responsibilities in their communities. 1st Corinthians 14:26 mentions that when we come together each person should have something to share. Having ownership over a specific part of the community will help create an environment of contribution and not just consumption.
