How does our group check in? All groups should enter via our new entrance located on Bloor Street West in the new Michael Lee-Chin Crystal.
If you already have your tickets for a self-guided visit you may simply enter the Museum at your own leisure. If you are picking up your tickets, please check-in at the Admissions Desk to retrieve your package. If you have arranged for a private-guided tour your docent will greet you at the entrance of the Lee-Chin Crystal at your selected tour time. The Museum requires visitors to check all backpacks, large bags, and packages. The coat check will not accept laptop computers or luggage of any size. All bags are subject to search and inspection. Visitor bags are checked free of charge, and coats for $1 each. To avoid a lengthy wait in the coat check line, visitors should limit the items they bring to the Museum.
