Quantity on hand (QOH) is a field in Esales that gets updated as product is sold. At a trade show, this information is accurate up to each download. If Esales is being used in vendor managed inventory (VMI) mode where the rep is actually delivering product from a truck, QOH is adjusted to the truck inventory.
