Before publication to the site, each and every film is screened for technical and production quality and possible violations of our Terms of Use, Member Agreement and Copyright. We check that your submission has appropriate high picture and sound quality. We determine substantiality and completion of each work. A 10 second clip of an exploding statue of a squirrel set to a popular song and shot in poor focus will probably be rejected.
