How does Only Yourx ExfoGel compare to other AHA products?
There is really no comparison between ExfoGel and standard over-the-counter AHA products. Because ExfoGel is sold only by licensed skin care professionals, we can formulate stronger, more active products that produce quicker, more dramatic results. ExfoGel products contain natural, not synthetic, glycolic acid that has been pH adjusted. The products feature a higher free acid percent, meaning the glycolic acid available in the product is not watered-down with ingredients, giving you maximum results. Our home care program is also very result-oriented in that we offer a Duo-Moisture system that features an application of a pure glycolic acid gel followed by a separate gel hydrator and moisture cream, quite different from the combination exfoliant/moisturizer products available from drug and department stores. This duo-moisture system will alleviate any adverse reactions such as irritation or dehydration, which often occurs with over-the-counter alpha hydroxy acid products.
