How does online check in work?
I’v never flown with Virgin, but I can tell you that Southwest’s online check-in works like this: You go online anytime after midnight the day of your flight, check in, and print off your boarding pass. At the airport, all you have to do is check your bags (if you have any), and go straight to the boarding area. In my experience, it is quicker since I use curbside to check any bags I may have (and I usually only have 1 or 2), and I can just go straight to the gate without having to wait in line.
