Andy Hart I know that there was a lot of talk last off-season about the Patriots’ installation of a new 3-4 defensive scheme and during the season they used a combination of 3-4 and 4-3 fronts. I recently noticed while reading some off-season overviews, that several other teams are trying to follow suit. Oakland, San Diego, Houston, the Vikings, and the Giants all plan on using a 3-4 front to some extent next year.
