Box 19281 State Fairgrounds Springfield, IL 62794-9281 1-800-273-4763 (Illinois callers only) All calls can be made in confidence. You can also contact your local police department or an Illinois approved Humane Investigator both can issue citations regarding the animal welfare laws.
