How does one receive the Oneness Blessing?
Oneness Blessing/Deeksha is normally transferred by a Oneness Blessing Giver or Trainer placing his or her hands on the crown of the recipient’s head. Duration of this hands-on is determined by the Blessing itself. It can also be given by eye contact or by intention from a long distance away in meditation, over the phone, or the internet. Experiences vary and may be strong, subtle, or even delayed until days later.
