Get a prescription from the doctor. Go to www.canadadrug.com and fill out the form. Print out the form and attach the prescription to the form. Fax the form to the toll free number on the form. It would be a good idea to ask the doctor for samples for the interim period. Also note on the website that the quantities will be different for the drugs from Canada. Example, they don’t always come in lots of 30 etc. I took my print out to my doctor and we worked it out in her office. Very good, very fast service. Call for refills.
