How does one of my shredding customers retrieve a lock combination if he needs to get inside his shred bin?

When you deliver his locked bin for the first time, you give him a temporary User ID and Password. You instruct him to come to our secure website and convert the temporaries to permanent identifiers. His new password and User ID will be activated and he can search for his combination.
