How does one modify or make changes to a submerged lands lease?
A. To change the boundaries or revise the lease conditions of a leased area, one must go through the DEP district office that handles the county where the facility is located. Renewals and Assignments to a new upland owner are done in the Tallahassee office. Contact the Division of State Lands at (850) 245-2555. All fees must be current and income reported before any modification will be allowed.
