How does one make honey-roasted peanut?
Rajeswari Natarajan TO MAKE honey-roasted peanuts: firstuse salted peanuts as the salted version blends better with honey. To make these peanuts one needs to get the roasted peanuts first. They can either be made at home by placing peanuts in an oven or in an OTG. The second way could be to get them ready from the market. Heat the honey with a little lemon juice. Then toss the peanuts. Take care to separate the peanut to prevent it from clustering. Pour out onto a tray and cool.
