The two most commonly ways a CCR can lose their license is failure to pay their fees in a timely manner and failure to accrue their continuing education credits. Your annual fee is due on May 15th of each year. Any payment received during the period of May 16th through June 30th will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Failure to pay by June 30th will result in the suspension of your license. You are required to earn 15 continuing education credits for each two year reporting period. A Report of Compliance form must be submitted by May 15th at the close of the reporting period. Any Report of Compliance form received during the period of May 16th through June 30th will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Failure to respond by June 30th will result in the suspension of your license.
