HOW DOES ONE KNOW WHETHER TO CONTACT RTA, ORS OR UILO?
Research and Trust accounting looks after the post award financial administration of the project/grant account. If there are questions on expense eligibility, financial balance of the account or the financial statements/invoices, these can be directed to RTA If there are concerns regarding the status of a research application, status of an account set-up or the related budget or any grant agreement/contract problems, one should contact Office of Research Services (ORS) or University Industry Liaison Office (UILO) if it is a contract based account.
