To be eligible for TPS, an applicant must show that s/he has been physically present in the U.S. since a certain specified date, and that s/he is a national of one of the designated countries. Form I-821 is the application for TPS, and it is available at http://www.uscis.gov/ (click on “Immigration Forms”).
