How does one get promoted in {=}?
In the Equalizers, members are responsibile for promoting themselves. If you look around at many guilds you may find promotion systems where members earn their promotions by sucking up to the leader, or through a point system where the more points you get, the higher the rank you get, other guilds promote based on the time you have been with them. In {=}, getting promoted within your House is a combination of meeting the requirements for the next position (points and meeting attendance), working well with others (Recommendations), paying your dues (length of time as a member) and letting someone know when you are ready for your promotion.
