Answer Hi Tony! This isn’t my area of expertise, but I did a bit of research for you. There are two types of filters that can remove chlorine from water – activated charcoal filters and reverse osmosis filters. It seems to me that your main complaint is how often you need to replace the filter on your Moen faucet. Another option would be to install a separate filter, or even a whole house filter system (chlorine is very drying on skin). Those would last a bit longer, but would still need occasional replacement. A cheaper option is to buy a Brita jug with filter. I believe Pur makes one too. You fill them with water and let them filter through. Use that water to pour into the kettle to make coffee, etc. Or keep a jug of the filtered water in your fridge for nice, cold drinking water. I am really fussy about my water too, so I buy bottles of spring water (when I can’t go up north to get it) and I keep a big water jug in my fridge with a tap. I use the filter on my tap only for cooking or
