Private net benefits is another way of saying, the “adoptability” of the works that would be needed to achieve your goal for the asset. The adoptability of works needs to be considered carefully. Here we are concerned with scoring the attractiveness of the required works and on-ground actions to the target group of potential adopters, recognising that there will be variation due to individual perceptions and circumstances.
