How does one break the cycle of negative behavioral patterns?
Most people attempt to change when the “status quo” becomes uncomfortable enough to want to change. Many vain attempts to change are a result of taking personal development classes, reading self help books, going to psychotherapy, running to weight loss clinics; saying affirmations, and medicating the problem, etc. These attempts are helpful, but mainly bring only temporary relief of the symptom. We have found that by restructuring the root cause of the problem in the subconscious mind, where it began, these patterns are eliminated.
