How does one become employed in architecture or ecological design without an accredited degree?
Most employers look at school transcripts and how they correspond to an applicant’s portfolio of work, to determine employability. Ecological design and green building are becoming extremely desirable to employers, but most schools offer very few ecological design courses. This puts our SFIA graduates in a unique position.
