This would be my recommendation – motivate yourself to accomplish something exceptional, thoroughly extraordinary – and then share it with others while you work on your next extraordinary feat. I can imagine that you can also become a motivational speaker by crafting and learning to deliver a speech – I would imagine that that is a lot harder to do well. Go for it and let us know.
