How does one become a Charter Member and join the InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection and what is the cost?
In order become part of the InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection a hotel must have at least a two year operating history, must complete the membership application and pay the initial fees. (In some cases, a newer hotel may qualify for membership, if its senior management has significant experience in the hotel industry.) Although it is small, the initial license fee is reduced for Charter Members to $5000 payable $500 a month over 10 months. The initial trademark license fee is only $10 per month per room or suite up to 100 rooms and $2 per month per room thereafter. (compared to a much higher amounts for other affiliations. In addition, there is a per reservation charge for any reservations received through central reservations based on number of nights stay ($5 for 1 night, $7 for two nights, $9 for three nights, $12 for four nights and $15 for five or more nights).
