• The customer can log on to www.unionbankph.com and click on E-ON Visa Electron. The customer then fills up the E-ON Visa Electron account opening form online. After 5 days, the customer picks up the E-ON Visa Electron Kit at a UnionBank branch (specified in the account opening form). • For Existing E-ON account holders, the customer can go to their respective UnionBank branch and ask for a card replacement. • Merchants that already accept Visa cards don’t to do anything other than place a Visa Electron decal on their premises.
