On-Site guarantees all work performed in your home or office. We guarantee all hardware and installation services for 90 days from date of service. We guarantee all anti-virus and anti-malware services for 72 hours from date of service. All custom built computers come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty that is extend-able if you so choose. Further more, we guarantee the technician dispatched to your location will be knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. If for any reason we fail to provide service as outlined by you, our client, we will return to meet your expectations at no additional charge.
