How does off time work during the Spring & Fall 8-Week Crews and the SFT Crews?
During the day off in the field, the crew will head to the closest town to take showers, do laundry and do a little R & R. On the 3 days off, the local crewmembers will be taken to their pick up/drop off location & nationally hired crewmembers can stay at our basecamp facility (rent free) or if you drove, you can head out for personal time off.
