Every year the Minnesota Department of Health conducts a Quality of Life Resident Satisfaction survey. Residents of our Care Center are interviewed and asked questions relating to a dozen different variables regarded by the State as reflecting quality of life. Every nursing home in the State is surveyed. The graphs shown below illustrate those areas where NRC significantly exceeds the average of state-wide facilities.
