At NextStep we update our existing database frequently, so if we have your CV in our database be sure that you will be aware of a vacancy suitable for you even if you have dropped off your cv two months ago. We also automate our database and have a robust search system that would pull out the right profile in case of a need. The database is also very efficiently managed and segregated so that it is easily accessible.
