How does Newsletter Ease comply with anti-spamming laws?
You can visit the FTC website for more information about anti-spam legislation at http://www.spamlaws.com. Currently, there is no federal legislation enacted. There is, however, pending legislation that requires opt-out instructions. Newsletter Ease promotes that people include opt-out instructions and the Power Edition clearly provides settings for this in the settings window. We do not promote Newsletter Ease as a form of “Email marketing.” It’s meant to do what it says: create terrific email newsletters and easy-to-use online calendars.
