How does NEUTRON test for banned substances?
At all of NEUTRON’S events, athletes are subject to Doping Control. To administer this procedure Neutron is proud to use the services of the CCES, Canada’s federally recognized and IOC-recognized organization for administering these tests to athletes. The CCES’s tests are in full conformance with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). NEUTRON’S Anti-Doping Policy See Neutron’s Rules & Regulations under Natural Requirements regarding the following: • Clear penalties for athletes who have a doping infractions • Fair athlete selection procedures • Fair results management including a right of athletes to appeal a doping infraction to an independent body What are the banned substances? The list of banned substances follows the rules of the IOC. Competitive athletes are required to investigate and be knowledgeable about the substances they take as part of their training program.
