You don’t need any special disc to watch movies on your computer. That’s part of their service. If you want to watch them on your TV though you do have to have a Netflix compatible player such as Sony PS3, Wii, Xbox 360 and several BluRay players (Netflix has a list of all the compatible machines on their site when you press the Watch Instantly on TV button). Not ALL movies are available for instant watching however. They are recognizable in that they will have a blue PLAY button. This is a really great service and I would recommend it to anybody.
