How does NBC Camps find its coaches?
Coaches are recruited by the NBC Camps Central Office Core staff and site directors. Strong high school and college coaches, outstanding college players who are great people, former NBC Camp MVP’s and All-star players are a sample of people who might be recruited by NBC Camps. Most of the people hired have been to NBC Camps in some capacity or have been strongly recommended by NBC staff. All staff hired are given a criminal background check.
