How does Navizon determine the exact locations of Wi-Fi Access Points and Cellular towers?

0

When standard GPS signals are available to Navizon Users with GPS devices this information is used in concert with available Wi-Fi and Cellular signals to calculate the specific, physical, geographic locations (and altitudes) of all Wireless Access Points and Cellular Phone Towers in the vicinity. There are some complex mathematics involved but we call this process “Mapping the Wireless Landscape”.
