How does my unit get quotas for schools offered at TSD WESTPAC?

The first step is to determine which courses have quotas available by checking the annual schedule on the WEB-Site at: (www.tsdwp.navy.mil). Once desired courses have been identified, all quotas must be requested by Email or Naval message. If requesting via Naval message, send quota requests for courses offered to PLAD: TSD WESTPAC. The point of contact is Quota Control at the following email address: quota@fe.navy.mil. Inquiries only can be done by calling DSN phone number is 243-7383, commercial 011-81-46-816-7383. Quotas can not be assigned via telephone.
