Requests for quotas can be forwarded by Naval message to PLAD: NAMTRAGRU DET ATSUGI JA, or by email to the following address: cnattquota@fe.navy.mil. Quotas can only be assigned and confirmed 30 days prior to class convening. Point of Contact is SK2 Casuga at DSN 264-3700.
