How does my provider receive payments from child care subsidy?
Your provider will need to have a current Provider Agreement: Financial, Part 1 on file at the Child Development Division. This form can be found in downloadable forms and documents on our Bright Futures Information System website. The provider then will need to submit child care subsidy invoices to the Child Development Division.
