How does my private SurePaws mailbox work?
A. Your private mailbox serves as an additional method of contact for the person finding your pet. It also further protects your privacy, should you choose not to list a phone number. However, we do highly recommend that you also list your phone number, to expedite the return of your pet in the event your computer is not functioning, or you have no computer access. When a message is left in your private mailbox, you will receive an auto-generated email from SurePaws, indicating you have a message waiting. Sign into your SurePaws account, and click on the envelope next to the mailbox in the Members Area to retrieve your mail. If you wish to reply to the message, this will have to be done from your external email account. Your Private SurePaws mailbox serves solely as a message delivery service.
