The PNC Bank Visa Gift Card is a prepaid card that carries a fixed cash amount determined by the giver at the time they purchase the card. The gift card can be used to purchase goods and services everywhere that Visa debit cards are accepted. Each time the gift card is used the amount that is spent will automatically be deducted from the balance remaining on the gift card.
