Mobile Citizen offers the CLEAR mobile broadband service to any qualified educational or non-profit organizations in Mobile Citizen’s CLEAR coverage area. Accounts are available with a 1-year service agreement from Mobile Citizen. Customer premise equipment (CPE) can be purchased at the time of account setup.
