How does my insurance plan’s out-of-network (OON) benefits work?

0

After you reach your insurance company’s out of-network deductible, your insurance company will reimburse you for a percentage of the fees for professional services, depending on what your OON policy provides (usually 70-80% of the charges, sometimes it is 100% after your deductible has been met). Sometimes, after your deductible has been met, the amount you end up paying out-of-pocket for each visit is less than your in-network co-pay! You are welcome to call the office to have us help you determine what your OON provisions are.
