How does my data get into Mercer PayMonitor?
As a participant in the survey, you have provided your data to Mercer via hard copy or electronic format. Then, based on your login ID and your organisation, Mercer PayMonitor provides you access to this data. On the Compare My Data screen in Mercer PayMonitor, you are able to populate your data by selecting the Populate My Data option. This option populates the grid with the data that you sent to Mercer when you participated in the survey. You can then choose to compare this data to the survey data on select reports. If you did not participate in the survey, currently the Compare My Data option is not available to you. An enhancement in a future release of Mercer PayMonitor will be an editable grid where non-participants will be able to key in their data for comparison on reports.
